Welcome to Seacoast Rugby Club! We use an age band structure for competitions. This method mirrors other youth sports organizational structures and attempts to create the most fair environment for youth competition and opportunity. Ages are based on the players age as of August 31, 2026. Explore our teams and find the perfect fit for you or your child:

• U10 and U8 Coed Flag Rugby: Our introductory program for young children. Kids from kindergarten to 4th grade learn the basics of rugby in a safe, non-contact environment. This team focuses on fun, teamwork, and fundamental skills.

• U12 T1 Coed Rugby (Touch Rugby): Designed for slightly older children, this team introduces more advanced rugby concepts in a non-contact format. Players develop their skills and understanding of the game while enjoying a competitive yet safe environment.

• U14 Tackle Rugby: For middle school students ready to experience full-contact rugby. Our U14 team emphasizes proper tackling techniques, strategy, and physical fitness, preparing players for high school rugby and beyond.

• U19 Girls Rugby : A dedicated program for high school girls, offering competitive play and skill development. Our team fosters a supportive environment where players can thrive and excel both on and off the field.

• U19 Boys Rugby: Our high school boys team is committed to developing strong, skilled players who are passionate about rugby. This team participates in local and regional competitions, providing a pathway to higher levels of play.

• Women’s Rugby: Open to all women, our team offers the opportunity to engage in competitive rugby while building camaraderie and physical fitness. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, you’ll find a welcoming community here.

• Men’s Rugby: Our men’s team is designed for players of all experience levels. Join us for rigorous training, competitive matches, and a chance to be part of a dedicated rugby community.
