Welcome to the K-4 Flag Rugby Team!

Our program is designed to introduce young children to the fun and excitement of rugby in a safe, non-contact environment. This team is perfect for kids from kindergarten through 4th grade, providing a fantastic opportunity to learn the basics of the sport while having a great time.

What We Offer:

• Fundamental Skills: Players will learn the basic skills of rugby, including passing, running, and teamwork.
• Safe and Fun Environment: Emphasis on a non-contact version of the game, ensuring safety while having fun.
• Teamwork and Sportsmanship: Developing strong team dynamics and teaching the importance of sportsmanship.
• Physical Activity: Engaging drills and games to keep kids active and healthy.

Season Start and Practice Information

• The season begins in the first week of April.
• Practices will be on Sunday mornings at 9 am at the NH Rugby Center, 3 Cold Springs Road, Dover.
• Team coaches will provide more information regarding game and practice schedules.
