Our HS Girls+ team has been a core part of Seacoast Rugby Club since 2021. We offer spring and summer 7s sessions, with occasional clinics and developmental practices in the fall—giving players plenty of chances to stay active and improve year-round.
We welcome all skill levels. New players are always welcome!! We never expect anyone to know the game, we just ask you to show up with a great attitude. Cleats and a mouthguard are all that’s needed. Our focus is on building strong, confident players who love the game. Before competing, all athletes complete a tackling protocol to ensure safety and readiness.
Alumni have gone on to play collegiate rugby at Bowdoin, Dartmouth, Sacred Heart, UNE, New Haven, Queens University, and many NCR club programs.
