Seacoast Rugby is hosting a free clinic for girls in grades 7–12. It’s a great chance to learn the basics, meet other players, and give rugby a try.

Monday, September 15th
Fall Flag Rugby – Grades K–6 Join us this fall for Flag Rugby, open to players in grades K–6. The season runs from September 15 through October 29, with practices held Monday and Wednesday nights from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. For just $20, kids will learn the fundamentals of rugby in a safe, inclusive, and energetic environment. Come play with Coach Jenna, Coach Doug, Coach Adam, and Coach Paddy—building skills, teamwork, and confidence on the field.
