It was great to see everyone out on Saturday, June 8th, for our first ever Seacoast Rugby Reunion Matches. About 30 women and 60 men attended as well as many significant others, children, and friends.
In the women’s match, the old girls scored early and never gave up the lead. There were a lot of trys scored by both sides in the 3 x 7-minute halves.
The men were pretty evenly matched early on and it took almost 20 minutes of play before Larry touched down to open the scoring and put the alumni ahead. But the youngsters outlasted the old boys to take the win and the bragging rights.
